These units provide credit towards TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and other qualifications that allow for selection of these units.

This skill set comprises two units from the TAE training package, which equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to facilitate and conduct work-skill instruction. This can either be done while delivering nationally recognised training under supervision in the VET sector or in a structured training environment within the workplace. 

Units:

Block 1 - TAEDEL311 Provide work skill instruction 

Block 2 - TAEPDD401 Work effectively in the VET sector

To become a trainer and assessor that can operate without supervision for an RTO, a person currently needs to complete at least a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. There are twelve units in that qualification. The two units in this skill set can provide credit towards the TAE40122.
