Meet industry requirements for installing and modifying performance data communication optical fibre cabling

If you want to work or currently work in the mining sector, telecommunications industry, defence and government sectors and want to be involved in the design, installation, maintenance and testing of fibre optic cabling, this skill set will cover the necessary skills and knowledge.

Completion of the skill set will see you gaining a Statement of Attainment and you’ll be equipped to undertake work in telecommunication cabling requiring Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) ‘Open’ Cabling Provider Registration with Fibre Optic endorsement.
