Through this nationally recognised training, you'll get the skills you need to manage your department or even the whole venue with a high level knowledge of the hospitality industry in Australia. You will be able to develop your skills in leadership, communication, and business administration, as well as gain high level skills in customer service management, budgeting and financial management, rostering, risk management and compliance. Depending on your training provider, you will be able to choose additional electives to support your carer in commercial cookery, food and beverage, gaming, accommodation services, or back of house.

This qualification will provide you with the necessary skills to become a manger with the hospitality industry. This course is delivered over a period of 52 weeks (including 12 weeks of holidays) at our Perth City Campus and our West Perth Campus. It also includes work-based training for 5 weeks which is organised by Stanley College.
