In our simulated business, you will use effective leadership skills and technology to manage, lead and develop teams. You will apply strong communication skills as you liaise with diverse stakeholders, and use project management skills to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.  Thinking critically and analytically you’ll solve business problems with a focus on achieving goals and objectives, and implement strategies and processes based on findings from analysing financial and operational information.

Successful completion of this qualification will provide you with the skills to manage business operations effectively, as well as lead and support a team of staff.
