Our Warehouse Operations Traineeships now known as Supply Chain Operations Traineeships are available to all companies operating within the Transport & Logistics Industry, who have employees working within a warehouse as a supervisor. The traineeship provides each candidate with comprehensive skills and knowledge, enabling them to acquire a broad range of responsibility in a warehouse environment. An all-inclusive Traineeship qualifying employees, of this industry, to operate across a wide range of warehouse activities in this large-scale industry sector. TLI40321 Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (Warehouse), each candidate is required to complete 16 units of competency – all based on warehouse efficiency, safety, operations and best practices. Each unit enables the candidate to take a warehouse supervisor role that requires evaluating, analysing and developing practices to enable high levels of performance throughout a warehouse environment. Depending on the duration of the employee’s employment to date, incentives may be available to employers. Requirements include where an employee has been working for less than three months on a full-time basis or less than twelve months on a part time basis, the employee may attract such incentives and funding.
