A global approach to Wellness

That encompasses various techniques to address physical discomfort, muscle tension, and emotional stress. Massage Therapy not only promotes relaxation but also supports the body's natural healing processes, fostering a sense of rejuvenation and balance. Through skilled hands-on techniques, massage therapists help improve circulation, flexibility, and overall well-being for their clients.

This qualification reflects the role of massage therapists who provide general health maintenance treatments. It does not reflect the role of a remedial massage therapist. Practitioners may be self-employed or work within a larger health service. Students learn the major muscles of the body, how to analyse posture, and understand common health conditions, as well as understanding legal and ethical requirements in the health industry.
