As a health administrator, you will plan, direct and supervise delivery of healthcare within the Australian healthcare system. The Certificate IV in Health Administration is suitable for individuals who aim to work in a senior operational role or lead a team in health administration.

You'll gain a wide range of administrative and operational knowledge and skills to be an effective health administrative worker. Students will learn how to carry out routine tasks and communicate with a range of clients in a medical environment. 

Good communication and collaboration skills are critical, with students learning leadership skills involving managing teams, human resources and recruitment.

This traineeship allows trainees to build on their administration skills and knowledge within a Health Services environment. Conducted predominantly on the job, our trainers will provide one on one support to achieve competency. Supported by our online learning environment, trainees will have access to recorded lecture content, learning resources, videos and case studies. All trainees have access to a Student Support Officer in addition to their trainer to assist them through their learning journey.
