If you're interested in the project management side of building and construction, the Certificate IV in Building Project Support could be the qualification for you!
The course covers skills and knowledge for project management; contract administration; estimating and scheduling, as well as leadership and risk management. You'll learn to read plans and specifications, and prepare simple building sketches and drawings.
You’ll also have the opportunity to specialise in either contract administration or building estimating.

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of building project professionals and contract administrators working on small to medium building projects. Training will be provided in the areas of
