This qualification is designed to meet the needs of building project professionals and contract administrators working on small to medium building projects. Training will be provided in the areas of construction contract fundamentals, development of a streamlined contract administration process, project risk management, building application and approval process as well as understanding building plans and specifications.

When you complete this course you have the skills and knowledge to effectively develop and action the contract management plan and its key inclusions.
