Get your career up high as a roof plumber!

Become a licensed roof plumber with the Certificate III in Roof Plumbing! Roof plumbers need to know how water behaves under different conditions, including weather and temperatures. They handle various roofing structures and materials such as metal, polycarbonate, fibreglass or glass, and are usually working at heights on residential, commercial and industrial buildings. 

Through this qualification (as an apprenticeship) you'll learn about roof sheeting, wall cladding, non-metallic roof materials and insulation for a roof. You'll also learn how to install fascias, different types of gutters and downpipes,  ridge capping, flashings and wall cladding. 

You'll also learn specialist skills including  component fabrication, acoustic and thermal protection systems, cladding and rainwater products, oxy-acetylene welding and cutting, and 2D design software.
