It is a comprehensive course designed to give participants entering the retail industry the necessary skills to perform the job role of a retail assistant and/or retail supervisor. This qualification is targeted towards (but not exclusive to) School Based Trainees, who are employed in a retail business part-time, while also continuing their school education.
