Freight forwarders are a key part of the supply chain, typically storing physical freight for customers in addition to arranging logistics and transportation of shipments. Freight forwarders aim to find the best means of transport via shipping, airlines, road, and rail, that best meets the client's delivery requirements.

This nationally recognised training course will teach you how to organise international freight and prepares you for operational roles as a freight forwarding operator. The course covers key skills including: workplace communication and safety, ensuring the safety of transport activities, completing and checking import/export documents, transmitting shipping documentation, preparing cargo, and much more.
