The Certificate III in Business (also available as a traineeship) is a nationally recognised course that will give you the skills, knowledge and information to develop a successful career in business. This business administration pathway will set you up for a great career in a range of industry sectors!

The heart of any business is its administration — that's what keeps things moving, and makes sure the business runs smoothly. Working in business admin, you'll gain experience in many different aspects of business operations, plus grow your interpersonal and communication skills, which is the perfect background for any business related career move you want to make.

You'll learn how to prepare and develop business documents including spreadsheets and presentations, plan and organise work and schedules, workplace safety,  communication and problem solving;  critical thinking; teamwork; and admin processes such as purchasing and finances.

Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills.
