This qualification is an excellent foundation course for anyone looking to start their career in business or returning to the workforce. You will gain the skills and knowledge for today’s standards and expectations in a variety of business settings.

Learn to apply critical thinking and excel in collaborative communication and engagement in the workplace. This qualification can be delivered as a Participation, Priority industry training or traineeship program within the metro or remote area. This training can be delivered online and face to face.

This qualification is offered via the Traineeship model, consisting of self-paced study, scheduled training sessions and on the job training. Theory and practical elements are delivered through virtual classrooms online, consisting of knowledge-based tests, observation reports and role plays.

Training sessions are scheduled according to the trainee and employer’s needs which usually consists of a minimum of one virtual classroom session a month.

Trainees will be working in a role that can provide them with additional on the job training to support the qualification.

Trainees can choose between two streams; business administration and customer engagement.
