Certificate II in Rural Operations is delivered by BJ’s passionate industry trainers who have many years of industry experience. You will develop the skills required to gain employment in local cattle stations located near your communities. You will also develop skills to use in your community such as landscaping, irrigation and growing your own vegetables. This qualification reflects the role of Farmhands who perform animal husbandry and farm work in cattle stations. Topics covered in this course include livestock health and handling, fencing, and machinery operation. Funding is available through the WA Participation Equity Program.
