The Certificate II in Meat Processing (Abattoirs) is an entry level qualification covers work activities for those commencing work in an abattoir. You'll gain an overview about the meat industry, learn how to maintain personal equipment, follow safe work policies and procedures, gain
sanitation knowledge, and many other essential skills.

This qualification may lead to roles including meat process worker, meat retailer, or supermarket meat worker.
