This qualification covers the skills and knowledge required to perform basic glass and glazing job roles, and can set you up to get a traineeship to kickstart your career!
You'll learn about safely processing and moving glass; and the assembly/repair of glass and special glasses such as leadlight and stained glass; basic glass and glazing techniques; working in a team; communication skills; and employability skills.
Depending on your training provider, the course may include a work placement.

You'll gain skills and knowledge in basic glass and glazing techniques and have the opportunity to put your skills into practice in the workplace. You will learn from passionate lecturers with extensive trades experience in our fully equipped glazing workshop.
