This course will get you job ready to work as a data cabler or telecommunications technician (with additional training). You'll learn how to install and maintain telecommunication cabling; secure electrotechnological equipment; assemble and dismantle components use cabling drawings; and understand standards, codes and specifications and workplace health and safety.

It includes ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority) requirements for open cabler registration.
