You'll learn about the operation of vehicle electric systems and subsystems — including the use of electrical measuring equipment and diagnostics, and gain skills and knowledge to:

  • interpret wiring diagrams;
  • carry out minor repairs to electrical circuits/systems;
  • test, service and replace batteries;
  • apply basic troubleshooting and soldering techniques; and
  • follow safe working practices and environmental guidelines.

It also boasts a large modern, indoor workshop where students undertake all their learning and training.
