Please note: This skill set is only available if you have completed a Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology qualification.

It's designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to inspect and service battery electric vehicle (BEV) systems, to work effectively within the automotive retail, service, and repair industry. As the automotive industry evolves towards sustainable and eco-friendly solutions, the proficiency to handle BEV systems becomes increasingly crucial.
If you hold an Automotive Electrical qualification, the units will provide credit towards AUR40620 Certificate IV in Automotive Electrical Technology, pending students who have met the pre-requisite requirements.
