You could be part of an integral team of security practitioners on the front line protecting the integrity of your company’s security perimeter and IT network, supporting our defence forces, working in the world of banking or finance, or in a range of other industries and occupations where cyber security is critical.
You will gain advanced skills through this course that will enable you to develop and maintain cyber security policies; develop and implement an overall cyber defence strategy; and rigorously test and work to protect a company’s digital, data and information assets.

As a cyber security graduate, you could be a member of a team of security practitioners on the front line protecting the integrity of your company’s security perimeter and IT network. New students who have not studied the course that precedes this qualification must contact the area or apply instead for Certificate IV in CyberSecurity due to pre-requisite skills/knowledge requirements.
