This course will give you an in-depth look into the Australian legal system and the practise of law. It includes the court system, matters of law, and different types of law that apply in Australia. Skills you'll gain include legal communication; negotiation and problem solving;  research; an understanding of compliance and legal requirements, and drafting complex legal documents.

This course could be suited to you if you are currently, or have previously been, employed in the legal industry. If you do not have experience in this field, the Certificate III (course code BSB30320) would be more suitable.
