This qualification provides the skills and knowledge useful in supporting teachers to implement learning and development programs in school settings. It looks at the overarching education system, educational learning theories, observing children and interpreting behaviours, assisting in planning and implementing learning programs, special needs and working with other education specialists and families to obtain the best learning outcomes for children.

All participants must complete 150 hours of work placement which the Academy coordinates on their behalf.

Successful completion of this qualification can provide a strong foundation for progressing into University Degree programs in Early Childhood Education and our staff are happy to discuss this with you.

This qualification can be completed in a face to face classroom setting with small classes and experienced trainers who are able to cater for the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
