The Certificate III in Hospitality course has an emphasis on front-of-house food and beverage service. Upon completion of the course, you will obtain the skills and knowledge to work in a variety of venues, including restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias, function centres and coffee shops.

Besides the face-to-face training at our campus (40 Lord St, East Perth), students will complete a total of 4 weeks in workplace hands-on training to gain work experience in one of APSI’s industry partner locations.

Graduates will be able to take charge of various positions such as a barista (espresso coffee machine operator), a food and beverage attendant, a front desk receptionist, a function attendant, a function host, a housekeeper, a senior bar attendant, a gaming attendant, or a wait staff.

Upon completion of Certificate III, you can continue to study Certificate IV in Hospitality. This course is suitable for Traineeship.
