The Medical Administration program is delivered in a blended learning mode via face-to-face delivery on a schedule through intensive block weeks (to suit learner requirements), simulation sessions and workplace visits. Included within this delivery are practical application and home-based study, with on-going support from trainers/educators.

Graduates will be awarded a BSB31115 Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical), Certificate and Transcript upon completion of all units as per the packaging rules for this qualification.  This qualification is sufficient for learners to gain employment as well as offering a pathway to further study

The Volume of Learning for a Certificate III is typically 1 – 2 years.  As such, the BSB31115 Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) will be delivered across one calendar year. 

This will be made up of 7 x 1 week blocks plus a work placement of 80 hours.

The face to face component of the course provides 266 hours minimum of training and assessment.  Additional hours may be provided depending on the learners’ background and skill needs.

To complete assessments an additional 40 hours may be required.
