The Certificate III in Business provides students with skills in business technology, including Microsoft Office suite applications; communicating electronically; customer service; WHS legislation and team effectiveness in the workplace. The online training program is our most popular delivery method and provides access to a fully customised e-learning environment, which includes PowerPoint resources, reading materials, discussion boards, forums, access to assessments, videos (including access to the Lynda.com video training library) and blogs. There are no prerequisites for this qualification and students can gain RPL for each Unit of Competency based on relevant workplace experience and/or formal training.
