A new Jobs and Skills Centre on the Bunbury campus of South Regional TAFE is now open! Western Australia's TAFE Jobs and Skills Centres are one-stop shops for careers, training and employment advice and assistance. Services are free, and accessible to all members of the community as well as employers and business.
South Regional TAFE's Bunbury Jobs and Skills Centre can provide free professional and practical advice on training and employment opportunities including careers advice, apprenticeship and training information, and also help with job searching and direct links into work. The team also has expertise in business and workplace development and partnerships with industry, and welcomes employers and business owners. There is also a free online jobs board available for employers to advertise local job vacancies.
Bunbury is now South Regional TAFE's second JSC in the region, together with the Albany Jobs and Skills Centre that opened on 15 November.
The Bunbury Jobs and Skills Centre is supported by career services from Jobs South West. They also provide outreach services at other locations throughout the region, including Busselton, Collie, Manjimup and Margaret River.
Did you know there's now seven TAFE Jobs and Skills Centres across the Perth metropolitan area? As well as Bunbury, there's also regional centres in Albany, Broome and Kalgoorlie, with others due to open soon in Geraldton, Karratha and Northam.
