Support Worker

Hourly rates $34.88 - $41.59 + super + travel

We work in partnership with people and families who need individualised support services due to disability, ageing or mental ill-health.

Our Support Workers work alongside people from all walks of life giving them a helping hand to live their life the way they want to.

*Support Worker Duties*

• Provide domestic & social support for customers with disability / aged care or mental health needs.
• Assist with daily personal care routines
• Perform various manual tasks
• Support during community outings
• Communicate and engage with your local team
• Attend paid mandatory Induction, training, and buddy shifts
• Availability to cover shifts between Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend availability and some evenings is desirable.
