It is the qualification required for a Builder's Licence in Western Australia. 

Through this training, you'll gain a great range of skills and knowledge to supervise the planning of construction work; ensure the quality of the work; and manage any risks associated with projects. You'll gain high level knowledge of building codes and standards for low to medium rise constructions; and learn about associated structural principles. Other topics covered include reading and interpreting plans; sketches and drawings; site surveys; costing and estimating; legal compliance; tenders; contracting; quality management; and sustainability.
