The Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming) qualification is the perfect place to start. You'll learn how to groom dogs and companion animals, as well as communicate with customers and co-workers.

Skills and knowledge covered include washing and brushing dogs; grooming companion animals; using pet grooming tools and equipment; understanding coat requirements for different dog breeds; how to enhance coat and skin condition; managing animal behaviour; and ensuring the wellbeing of animals.
